Bernee Max 8 YO

Hi there! Are you looking for a Cuddle Buddy or maybe a Court Jester!? Then look no further!! My name is Bernee Max and I am 8 years young. My foster mommy says that I am hysterical and that she likes that I know how to use my inside voice when we are in the house. I like to sleep in my crate at night as long as I have someone in a crate next to me, but I would be happy to sleep in the bed with you too! I don’t even snore!!   I love other dogs and would do best in a home with other social four legged companions so I don’t get lonely because I get very stressed out if I am all alone. I have even made friends with the very strange furry aliens living in my foster mommy’s house that she calls “kitties”. I wasn’t too sure about them at first, but now I share my breakfast with the little one and let the pesky black one lay on me. I am a very healthy pug, but I do have a little trouble getting around, so I would appreciate some stairs to help me get on the couch to snuggle with you (which is my favorite thing to do!). My other favorite things to do are go on short walks, visit the dog park, listen to music, and meet new people! I walk well on a leash and foster mommy says that I do very well in the car and bath, and that I am catching on quickly to my manners and house training. I like to wear my “puppy boxers” in the house because they remind me to hold my bladder and let foster mommy know when I need to go out.  I do get very afraid if you bring your face close to me (which foster mommy says is VERY confusing since I love to kiss faces), so please let me come to you. Small children also make me a little afraid, so I would do best in a home with children seven and up. I need a quiet home with a schedule and preferably someone who can spend their days with me.
