Story

Two-year-old Chandler is a playful and smart boy who knows the correct names of his toys, and will fetch any given one when instructed to! When he’s not showing off his smarts, Chandler enjoys running around with other dogs, chewing on bones, going for walks, riding in the car, and sitting next to his foster mom’s office chair while she works from home. Chandler is housetrained, crate trained, sits politely before his food is served, and cooperates during bath time. That being said, he does have a mischievous side! He has learned how to open the pantry door where his food is stored and is sometimes a little too curious about the contents of the garbage cans in his foster family’s home. Chandler’s ideal forever family will keep Benadryl on hand (as he is yet another victim of Texas allergies) and help him to channel his intelligence and his high energy level appropriately, ensuring he gets plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. We think he would benefit from having another active canine playmate in his new home!
