Choco
2 year old male
Story
Two-year-old Choco made it all the way to DFW Pug Rescue from Mexico! Choco, who spent much of his early life being tied up, is enjoying an unfettered life north of the border and is making fast friends with the people and dogs in his foster home thanks to his affectionate, outgoing, and playful disposition. His favorite activities include cuddling with his people, playing with his foster pug siblings, chewing on bones and toys, going for walks, and sitting nicely in the front seat during car rides (without bothering the driver!). He is not crate trained but can be trusted to roam the house freely and is not destructive when his people are away. Despite having no training, this smart boy picked up housetraining and doggie door skills quickly. Choco’s ideal forever family will provide him with plenty of affection and social time, let him sleep in the human bed, and include at least one other playful dog sibling. A home without small children would be best for him, as he playfully nips when excited. If your family is looking for a new friendly face with an adorable underbite, say, “¡Hola!” to Choco. Apply for him today.
