Story

One-year-old Bubby would play 24/7 if he could! He enjoys engaging in tug-of-war, chewing on Nylabones, chasing other dogs around the house and yard, and growling and barking during playtime. He also loves shopping for new toys with his foster mom at the local pet supply store; she reports that he showed restraint and did not try to steal any treats from the lower shelves while shopping – what an angel! As an active, adventurous guy, Bubby also enjoys exploring the neighborhood during walks, where he is distracted by squirrels, bicycles, and other interesting sights. He is highly social and likes spending time with children and adults alike. When it’s time to relax and unwind, Bubby prefers to sleep in a human bed on a pile of pillows, snoring the night away. Bubby is housetrained and can be coaxed into the crate with a biscuit or a carrot. His ideal forever family will help him to get plenty of exercise, include him in as many family adventures as possible to indulge his curious side, and include at least one other playful dog to help keep him busy. In return, Bubby’s foster mom notes that his forever family will have a loyal companion who is “funny, friendly, and a joy to be around.
