Two-year-old Topper is not your average couch pugtato – he’s an active boy who would play 24/7 if he could. His leisure interests include playing with other dogs indoors, moving outdoors and playing some more, showing off his agility skills by running and jumping, and walking one mile or more with his foster mom. Someone sign this guy up for a marathon! When it’s time to refuel, he wolfs down his food in record time and attempts to steal other dogs’ food (if you snooze, you lose when it comes to dining next to Topper). In his rare restful moments, he prefers to cuddle up next to a human or another dog. Topper is housetrained and uses the doggie door like a total champ. He is great with kids, but because he lightly and playfully mouths people’s hands and arms when he is excited, a home with older children may be best. His ideal forever family will live an active lifestyle, provide him with plenty of exercise, and include at least one other playful dog.
